[Juno follows after Javert silently, shifting his coat sleeve slightly so it covers his missing left hand. If he shows that he's still good as new, maybe the captive might find him more intimidating. After all, Javert seemed to have escaped the poachers' grasp for now, and that is how they managed to capture him.

He carefully walks into the barn, keeping his left arm behind his back as he eyes the poacher with some caution.]

Wegener, huh? So the guy does have a name. Thought all of you guys were just cowards who refused to show their own faces.

[His tone is almost casual, as if he were talking to a friend. Despite this, there seems to be an edge to his voice. Juno pauses for a moment, taking a moment to let his eye flit around the room. The food, the blankets, the water....]

You're lucky, you know. You've spent all this time locked up here, and yet, you've barely been treated like a prisoner. [He kneels down, drawing closer to the poacher and glaring at him.] Of course, that can always be changed, can't it? Especially now that I'm here.

[He doesn't actually intend on hurting the man--at least, not too much. He's hoping that enough goading might tempt the poacher to talk. Even just an insult would do. Once he's got that hook, he knows how to keep pushing.]
