So the date has moved by a little over a week. Has sanity settled back in during my absence?
[Sanity may have settled in, but Inspector Javert himself looks terribly out-of-sorts. Despite his week-long sleep, he does not look well-rested. Unfortunately (or fortunately, to some) his hair has not grown back, either; the short crop given to him has remained. Gone is the long, tied-back gypsy hair. He is walking at a brisk stride through the streets of Somni, presumably headed to work when the public transmission ends.]

What police matters have occurred? I expect to find all the necessary paperwork on my desk.
