[The following is a public bulletin, posted to everyone's Dreamberry in Somarium from the SCPD (Somarium City Police Department).]

The statue in Espoir Village Square and its underlying tunnels are now under police jurisdiction. There will be no more unauthorized adventures or trespassers to either of these places under any circumstances.

All questions will be directed to Inspector Javert at the Government District Police Headquarters.

[NOTE: The Statue and the Tunnels in Espoir Square are now guarded by constant police presence. The area is also bordered with POLICE - CAUTION tape. The police are interested in securing the entrances/exits, investigating for any gang hideaways and essentially cleaning up the place for any upcoming winter celebrations. Anyone interested in going down in the tunnels should remember to include struggles with the NPC police!]

It's possible, but you will inevitably have to sneak past the police and possibly struggle against them. IF you are spotted, or if the struggle is overt, you will probably be sought out for some charges against you.

[Ken hesitated for a long time before he sent this message. Sat there for a long time with the Dreamberry in his hands, just staring at it and wondering - should I be doing this?

[Because he's not at all sure he's doing the right thing, if he should be doing this at all, not when going to the police about something like this could lay them all open to... he doesn't know. He just knows this feels wrong - but not saying anything would look pretty damn funny too, wouldn't it? Refusing to report something like this would have any policeman with half a teacupful of brain wondering why he'd been so backward at coming forward when a murderer was on the loose, and that would doom them too.

[Rather than a detached text, Ken receives a full blown video call in response to his message. Javert wants to study this person with his grave, grim eyes and forbidding grimace. After all, if this boy is correct, then the Inspector will have a new case to investigate under his belt.]
